For those that saw my post on the lounge revamp yesterday, you will have noticed that we added a gallery wall above the couch.  For some this can be a nightmare with the measuring etc to ensure that all the pictures are straight and in place, but there is a very simple solution!

Step 1: Using brown paper, map out the size of your gallery wall, and arrange all your pictures on the paper.img_7141

Step 2: Trace your pictures on the paper, and then using your tape measure and the centre point of each frame, identify and mark where the nails should go.

Step 3: Stick your ‘template’ to the wall, using a spirit level to ensure that your pictures requiring two hooks are level.

Step 4: Using a Hilti and your template, start hammering away.

And ta da… we have a perfectly straight and organised gallery wall!
